Create rainbow in photoshop

- Begin
- Open image

- Use Gradient tool (G)

- Select gradient color

- Drag the color bar as shown below.

- Use Gradient Tool -> Select radial gradient

- Create new layer (tranparen)

- Drag from top to bottom

- We have results as shown.

- Use Add a mask

 - Use Gradient Tool -> Select Linear gradient

- Drag from bottom to top

- We have results as shown.

- Menu Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur...

+ Radius: 5.0

- From Layer 

+ Opacity: 35%

- OK 

- Final
