- Open Image

- User Spot Healing Brush Tool (J)

- Click the small dot

- Use Patch Tool (J)

- Remove large stains.

- Select the area to delete

- Drag the mouse to the beautiful area.

- Example here.

- Next we treat the face.

- From menu Filter -> Blur -> Surface Blur...

+ Radius : 3

+ Threshold: 5

-  Choose lips

- From Adjutment Layer -> Hue/Saturation...

+ Hue: 341

+ Saturation: 45

- Select the image below.

- From Adjutment Layer -> Hue/Saturation...

- Select each color turn: Reds, Yellows, Greens, Cyans, Blues, Magentas

+ Saturation: -100

+ Lightness: +100

- Ok. Final.
