- We start training: 

- Open image

- Converted to black and white:
Image -> Adjustment-> Desarurate (Shift + Ctr + U)

- From Layer
-> Adjustment layer -> Gradient...

- From Gradient Fill box
Style: Linear
Angle: 0º or 45º

- From Gradient fill layer
-> Blending Mode -> color

- Opacity 50%

- Ok, finish.
