- We start training: 

1 - Create any black and white image.

2 - Save:
MAP.psd

3 - Continue:
File -> Place Embedded ->
seclect image
(here obama image)
or
open image
(the same size map.psd)

 4 - Filter -> Distort -> Displace ...
+ Hor... : 20
+ Ver... : 20
+ Stretch To Fit
+ Repeat Edge Pixels

 5 - Select MAP.psd

6 - Result










7 - Use Crop Tool

 8 - Final
