- Use Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) -> Drag the mouse + Shift  = Circle

- Fill Black

- Menu Filter -> Render -> Difference Clouds 

-  Repeat 2 times












- Menu Image -> Adjustments ->
Levels (Ctr + L)

center: 1.56
right: 194

- Menu Filter -> Sharpen -> Unsharp Mask...
Amount: 500
Radius: 3 
Threshold: 15

- Menu Filter -> Distort -> Spherize...
Amount: 100%










- Menu Image -> Adjustment -> Color Balance... (Ctrl + B)

+ Shadow
Color leverls: +100     0     -100










+ Midtones:
Color leverls: +100     0     -100

+ Highlights:
Color leverls: +70     0     -16

- Menu Filter -> Sharpen -> Unsharp Mask...
Amount: 500
Radius: 3 
Threshold: 15
